Finally a resolution and a nice product.
This is definitely a costume jeweler piece. MBut the concept makes me want to have my local jeweler make something similar using 14 K with my recently passed daughters birthstone and initial. This bracelet was a replacement for an issue we had with the photo one. It took Months to resolve, many emails, VERY frustrated!!! But the company finally gave me closure and peace with my original order.
