    Broken necklace

    I wanted to love this, unfortunately this necklace has broken on me twice and in different locations.

    Although the first one they were willing to replace after the second one broke (within a few weeks of owning it) I was offered a promotional gift card which does not even work with the current promotions.

    The customer service team was very kind but sadly I do not feel my issue was resolved.

    Unfortunately I will not be ordering again and will just accept my loss on this one.
