Amazing customer service
The photo on my original necklace had damage on my mother’s face. I emailed them, they immediately responded and two weeks later I received a brand new necklace and was told to keep the damaged one. This was my third necklace from them. The first two there were no issues at all. All three are very nice.

Beautiful memory
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. It has a picture of my mom and her, when my daughter was a baby. My mom passed away last year and we absolutely love this necklace. Callie shows everyone and knows that she has her grandma close to her
